築地場外市場が大きな通り（晴海通り）に面した場所で、少し隅田川寄りの場所に「魚河岸ビル」は建てられている。元々魚河岸の豊洲への移転に伴い小売店との魚の取引場所が築地に無くなることをカバーする為に建てられたもので、言わば魚河岸をこの中に押し込めたようになっている。

中は写真撮影禁止なので、中の写真は無いが、この中に入って小さなお店が並んでいる店頭を見ると新鮮なエビやカニ、貝類、サバなどの商品が見られて面白い。また、上の階に上がると食堂もあるので、そこで食事するのも勧められる。納得の出来る値段でヴォリュームのある食事になっている。

Shopping, dining, etc. for foreign visitors

The ``Uogashi Building'' is located in a place facing the main street (Harumi Dori) from the Tsukiji Outer Market, and a little closer to the Sumida River. It was originally built to compensate for the loss of the fish trading area in Tsukiji with the relocation of Uogashi to Toyosu, so it is as if Uogashi was squeezed into this building.

Photography is not allowed inside, so I don't have any pictures of the inside, but it's interesting to go inside and look at the rows of small shops selling fresh shrimp, crabs, shellfish, mackerel, and other products. There is also a dining room on the upper floor, so we recommend eating there. It's a hearty meal at a reasonable price.
