新宿NSビルの２９階と３０階には見晴らしの良いNSスカイレストラン街があり、新宿西口周辺が一望に見られる。NSビルの吹き抜けには８階建てに相当する世界一大きな水車で動く精工舎製作の機械式振り子時計があり一見に値する。

NSビルの位置は甲州街道よりNSビル、都庁の順になる。

地下連絡通路を利用して新宿駅西口よりNSビルに行く場合は甲州街道沿い地下連絡通路が利用可能になる。

写真の時計は”ゆっくりズム振り子時計”と呼ばれ、世界最大級の振り子時計として知られています。そのサイズは以下の通りです。

高さ：約２９．１ｍ
振り子の長さ：２２．５ｍ
文字盤の直径：７．２ｍ

この時計は、干支の絵柄が並ぶユニークなデザインで、針が２４時間かけて１周する仕組みになっております。動力源は水車で、ゆったりとした動きが特徴的です。ギネスブックにも掲載されたことがあるほどの規模です。

The 29th and 30th floors of the Shinjuku NS Building are the NS Sky Restaurant District, which as a great view, and you can see the whole of Shinjuku West Exit area. In the atrium of the NS Building, there is a mechanical pendulum clock made by Seikosha that is powered by the world's largest water wheel, equivalento an 8 - story building, and is worth a look.

The NS Building is located in the order of Koshu Kaido, followed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. If you go to the NS Building from the west exit of Shinjuku Station using the underground passageway, you can use the underground passageway along Koshu Kaido.

The clock in the photo is called the "Yukkuri Zum Pendulum Clock" and is known as one of the largest pendulum clocks in the world. Its dimensions are as follows:

Height: Approximately 29.1m
Pendulum length:22.5m
Dial diameter: 7.2m

This clock has a unique design with pictures of the zodiac animals lined up, and the hands rotate once every 24 hours. It is powered by a water wheel and is characterized by it slow movement. It is so large that it has been listed in the Guiness Book of World Records.
