このお店はメガドンキ渋谷本店と言っているだけに大型店で出品している商品の種類も豊富である。
ドンキホーテはそのジャングルのような床から天井まで商品を展示する独特の雰囲気と、商品の選択が、他の大型小売店が集中購買により低価格で仕入れているの対し、売場の責任者が自由に商品を選択して商品を並べるという違いがある。
どちらが良いかとは言えないが、売り上げを急速に伸ばしているのはドンキホーテなので、売場の責任者がお客の動きを見ながら商品を早く取り換えていく戦略は現代にあっているのかも知れない。

Since this
store is called Mega Donki Shibuya Main Store, it is a large store with a wide
variety of products on display.
Don Quijote has a unique jungle-like atmosphere where products are displayed
from the floor to the ceiling, and the sales floor managers are free to
select products, unlike other large retailers that purchase goods at low
prices through centralized purchasing. The difference is that Donqui's
sales manager select a sales product and then arrange display of the products
while other shop's sales managers are following head office's instruction.
I can't say
which is better, but Don Quijote is rapidly increasing sales, so the strategy
of store managers replacing products quickly while monitoring customer
movements may be appropriate for today's times.
